Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm; nothing is charged that you have not seen first.

A price reduction announced with a struck-through price is measured against the lowest price we charged in the thirty days before it.
Placing an order
The basket, the total and the delivery date are shown before payment, and the order is only made once you confirm it. You receive a confirmation, and every step is followed from your account.
A piece already crocheted is sent from stock. A piece made for you is started after your order, which is why its date is later.
A pattern bought as a PDF has nothing to ship: it is emailed to you as soon as the order is confirmed, and its own withdrawal terms are on the returns and refunds page.
Payment
Online card payment is not open yet. An order placed today is arranged with us directly, and this page will say exactly how payment is taken the day it opens.
Delivery
The date shown at checkout is an estimate, worked out from how long each step of the work really takes here and from the carrier delay, with a margin on top. Where an order holds several pieces they travel together, so the latest piece sets the date.
If we are going to miss that date we tell you, and you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.
Returns and guarantees
Set out in full on the returns and refunds page, which says what may be sent back, what may not, and the legal guarantees that apply whatever is written here.
You can withdraw at any time during the withdrawal period, online, with the “withdraw from contract here” function. It is also on your order page, in your account, and at the foot of every page of the site. Without an account, the order number and the email address used are enough. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email with the date and time of your declaration. This right does not apply to items made to measure or personalised, nor to digital content whose immediate supply you asked for. Withdraw from contract here
Sending a piece back after a withdrawal is at your expense, unless it is faulty: then we take it back at our cost.
Disagreements
Write to us first - most things are settled that way. Failing that, a consumer mediator is available to you free of charge, named on the legal notice, and French law applies.
