What can be sent back

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you are sending a piece back, with no reason to give and no penalty.

  • A piece that was already crocheted when you ordered it, sent from our shelf.
  • A piece crocheted after your order in a yarn you picked from the ones we offer. Picking from a list is choosing an option, not specifying a piece, so this one comes back like any other.

What cannot

A piece crocheted to a request you wrote yourself - a size, a colour outside what we offer, a detail typed into the Personalization box - is made for you and for nobody else, and cannot go back on the shelf. The law lets the withdrawal right be set aside for it, and we do set it aside (art. L221-28 3° of the Code de la consommation).

Which of the two you are ordering is shown before you pay: the basket says "Made for you" and repeats your request under the piece. If nothing is written there, the piece can be sent back.

A pattern bought as a PDF is delivered by email the moment your order is confirmed, and the law also lets the withdrawal right be set aside for digital content delivered this way, once you have expressly asked for it (art. L221-28 13° of the Code de la consommation). At checkout, buying a pattern asks you to tick a box saying exactly that, separately from accepting these terms - nothing is assumed.

How to go about it

You can withdraw at any time during the withdrawal period, online, with the “withdraw from contract here” function. It is also on your order page, in your account, and at the foot of every page of the site. Without an account, the order number and the email address used are enough. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email with the date and time of your declaration. This right does not apply to items made to measure or personalised, nor to digital content whose immediate supply you asked for. Withdraw from contract here

You have 14 days from the day after receipt to withdraw: online with the function above (recommended: it dates your declaration), or by any clear written statement, including the model form below. Then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us.

Sending it back is at your expense. It should come back complete and in a condition that lets it be sold again.

Sending a piece back after a withdrawal is at your expense, unless it is faulty: then we take it back at our cost.

What you get back

Everything you paid, the original delivery included, within 14 days of us receiving the piece back - or of you proving you sent it, whichever comes first.

If something is wrong with it

Separate from all of the above, and never set aside: the legal guarantee of conformity runs for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects for two years from the discovery of the defect. Both apply to every piece, personalised or not, and neither costs you anything.

Telling us

Write to us from your account. The message lands with your orders, so we know which piece you mean and you keep a dated trace of the day you told us.

Model withdrawal form

You are not obliged to use it: any clear written statement does, including the message above. It is here because the law says it must be.
